A new content project "Healthy and Happy" has started! A long and happy life is not a fairy tale promise, but a goal that everyone can achieve. Health, energy, and inner peace allow us to enjoy our loved ones, activities, and small everyday discoveries. This becomes even more important in older age. Therefore, with the project "Healthy and Happy", in collaboration with project partners: OMRON, ECOSH, MOSS, ACORUS BALANCE, ŠVENČIONIŲ VAISTAŽOLĖS, OPTAMINS and SKINEFFECT, we invite everyone to live healthier and, at the same time, happier lives. We want to encourage everyone to take care of themselves, find harmony, and create their own story of well-being every day, because living healthily means living happily.
